We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This gives us the chance to offer your slot to another patient who may be waiting to be seen. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged at the full appointment rate. We do understand that life sometimes gets in the way, so please let us know as soon as you can and we’ll always do our best to help.
The easiest way to think about it is by where your problem is. Minal Desai, our specialist physiotherapist, looks after everything to do with the shoulder, elbow and arm. Rebecca Parish, our osteopath, looks after everything else – including the neck, back, hips, knees and other muscle and joint problems. If you’re unsure, just contact us and we’ll be happy to advise on the right practitioner for you.

Minal Desai is registered with BUPA, Aviva, Vitality Health, WPA and Healix, and can treat patients covered by these providers directly. For all other insurers, she is happy to provide invoices that you can submit to your provider to claim back.
Insurance cover can vary significantly between policies, so we strongly recommend checking with your insurer before booking to confirm that your treatment with Minal is covered. In some cases you may need to pay for your appointment at the time and then claim the cost back from your insurer. Confirming the details with your provider in advance avoids any unexpected costs.
Rebecca Parish does not accept health insurance, so osteopathy appointments are self-pay.
