As a competitive swimmer I was referred to Minal by a consultant and she has been brilliant ever since. I have had a few different versions of a shoulder injury, and every time she is able to spot exactly the problem, and give me exercises to address it. I was given such a warm welcome from the moment I walked into the Health Grove Clinic from the lovely girls on reception and Minal.   The waiting area was spotless and comfortable. Watching my mother go through physiotherapy, I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am for the care she has received. Following carpal tunnel surgery and trigger finger release surgery I was fortunate enough to have a very constructive and helpful physio session with Ms Minal Desai, a specialist hand therapist. Minal was brilliant.  I thought my shoulder was damaged for life.  Minal identified the problem, released the muscle, showed me exercises.  It was so much better after week 1. Exceptional care and attention! I visited them for elbow joint pain. Ms. Desai was extremely methodical in understanding the issues, related very well to my lifestyle, sports, gym habits and then did a very structured mix of physio and acupuncture treatment. Within one treatment I got substantial relief and then within 3 sessions had reached a point of total relief. I would highly recommend. I can’t recommend Mrs Minal Desai highly enough. After a cycling accident in 2022 that resulted in a shoulder fracture, I was referred to Minal by my orthopaedic surgeon, Mr G Sforza. I had six physiotherapy sessions with her, and the results were excellent. Her treatment approach, clear explanations, tailored exercises, and helpful videos were instrumental in restoring my left shoulder’s range of movement from very poor to normal. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the recovery process.
