Minal Desai is a Specialist Shoulder Physiotherapist and Certified Hand Therapist with over 25 years’ experience of helping people get back to doing the things they love.
She works with all kinds of shoulder, elbow, and hand problems – from everyday aches that make putting on a jacket tricky, to post-surgical rehab and sports injuries, from frozen shoulders to grumpy wrists - she's seen them all!
Rebecca Parish
Registered Osteopath
Rebecca is a GOsC Registered Osteopath with extensive experience in functional movement, rehabilitation, and holistic healthcare.
She combines hands-on treatment with Pilates instruction, blending biomechanical assessment, and personalised exercise prescription, as well as drawing on additional expertise in reflexology and primitive reflex integration
